Director- Programme Lead- Wholesale Credit
Role
· Lead the delivery of the Credit Management Information and Portfolio work stream from a programme perspective
· Work with various MI and reporting teams across the firm to design the new credit risk management systems going forward
· Understand the new target operating model for Wholesale Credit
· Understand the new requirements of the credit sanctioning teams across both entities
· Run and manage various project working groups
Requirements
· Ability to review complex processes/problems and deliver solutions
· Worked within a change or project management environment within a Credit or Risk function
· Managed business process re-engineering or process improvement programmes
· Excellent understanding of credit risk within investment banking, corporate banking and Wealth Management
· Excellent communications skills and ability to deal with very senior stakeholders
