Director- Programme Manager, Fixed Income & Currencies
Major Investment Bank is looking to hire a Senior Programme Manager to join their Central Change group.
Role Responsibilities
The incumbent will be responsible for devising, organising implementing multiple front-to-back projects programmes that support the Financial Markets Treasury businesses. Specifically you will be required to perform the following:
- Generating validating project programme costs, ensuring funding is secured via a clear articulation of costs benefits
- Mobilising project programme teams: identifying key resources skill sets required, ensuring that the right resources are seconded/transferred or hired.
- Ensure that all key stakeholders are identified engaged
- Supervising work execution:
- Providing resolution for risks, issues problems
- Maintaining project plans schedules
- Managing project dependencies inter-dependencies
- Reporting on project status
- Managing project staff, across multiple functions
- Accounting for project cost, time budget
- Seeking approval from Accountable Executives senior project stakeholders
- Regular effective communication to all stakeholders
- Relationship management with all key project contributors
Experience
- Significant (10+ years) experience in an Investment Bank
- Strong Product knowledge across Fixed Income (Securities Derivatives), Money Markets Foreign Exchange products
- Strong Business Process knowledge, from a front-to-back perspective, across Fixed Income, Money Markets Foreign Exchange
- Significant experience of project programme management, and ideally have operational experience
- Proven track record of project programme delivery
- Previous user and/or knowledge of Summit Murex ideal.
