Technology Programme Manager required by my client, a Global Bank based in London. The position will be operating at Director level within the organisation’s Corporate Banking division, taking the overall responsibility for the successful delivery of a business critical programme. This is a global programme with the aim to deliver a major new host: host client facing channel for the organisation’s clients. To be considered for this position, the applicant must possess the following:
- Experience in delivering complex programmes within a global environment
- Strong experience in mobilising virtual teams
- Experience in delivering programmes in a business technology environment
- Exposure within global payments/ cash management
- Strong skills in managing business change
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
This is an exceptional opportunity for a well experienced Programme Manager looking to lead a high profile, global programme for one of the world’s most respected and successful banks. The Technology Programme Manager will take full responsibility for the delivery of the technology solution at each phase of delivery. The position will be heavily involved in leading virtual teams, managing internal external suppliers whilst defining a clear vision and roadmap for the technology solution.
The Programme Manager will operate across the business globally, liaising with other business areas and stakeholders, managing all aspects of the technology development lifecycle. As such, the successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong background within the Financial Services ideally within global payments/ cash management. This is a permanent position based in London.
