Director – Project Management (Rightshoring) – Banking recruitment
This position sits within a project and programme management team that manages change initiatives across multiple functions, businesses and clusters. Specifically, you will be required to lead the rightshoring activities for the business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analysing and coordinating project plans across multiple businesses.
- Point of contact for Rightshoring queries relating to execution plans.
- Understand demand pipelines and any changes each month on both the "send" and "receive" sides of the Rightshoring projects.
- Understand the functional plans across the region with regards to movements in roles and headcount
- Ensure that infrastructure areas are meeting the Programme standards with regards to tools and templates, providing Quality Assurance of artifacts back into central PMO team.
Applicant Requirements
- Demonstrate experience of working with direct and virtual project teams to meet deliveries.
- Exposure to Financial Services businesses (ideally Investment Banking)
- Project Management / PMO working across different functional teams
- Delivery focused
- Rightshoring experience (managing migrations, setting up of outsourcing entities)
