Director, Property Finance recruitment
Our client is a Leading European Bank. They are looking to enhance their existing team with the addition of a numerate and competent banker with a STRONG real estate CV.
THIS ROLE IS BASED IN BELFAST, NORTHERN IRELAND
They seek a self motivated professional with an established proven track record in closing transactions. Gumption, tenacity and determination will be required.
The core focus will be within Commercial Real Estate although a more broad Corporate RM background would add weight. Target markets will include Retail, Office, Industrial, Leisure, Ground Rent and Residential.
The successful candidate will have:
- essential - a track record of origination and execution in Property Finance (in UK or NI).
- knowledge of SME, mid and/or major corporates
- structuring and execution experience
- knowledge of credit analysis
- knowledge of documentation
- a flexible and dynamic manner
- track record of marketing
