A growing international insurer with growing operations in the Asia region. A senior opening has become available within the regional function.
This will require you to play a pivotal role in the regional audit function to plan and execute audit projects in line with corporate and team guidelines as well as manage a series of projects across the function. You will interface with management regularly to understand and agree the risks being managed by the business as well as preparing audit reports which would include your recommendations to improve risk management practices. You will then present findings and recommendations to the business, reach agreement on appropriate solutions to risk management and operational efficiency issues.
You will be a senior audit professional with at least 10 years relevant experience within financial institutions. You will require excellent knowledge of audit methodologies, control frameworks and risk management techniques and critically have extensive knowledge of life insurance operations and products. You will have proven leadership skills, be result orientated and demonstrate excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
