Summary:

Director Identifying, developing and implementing improved methodologies to manage Commercial Operations Risk. This would include risk assessment, process improvements, monitoring and reporting, risk estimation, and control documentation. Leads the Commercial Operations Horizontal Risk and Policy Office. Most significant responsibilities include development and operation of processes for risk and control management and policy adherence. Takes direction from CML Ops Risk Sr. Director on the development of risk management processes and partners with virtual risk team members across Commercial Operations Risk and Control and ERM/ORM. Facilitates monthly reporting processes, RCSA, risk governance and policy for Commercial Operations

Responsibilities:

- Risk Management activities

- Managing compliance with internal Capital One policies

- Project Management

- Managing compliance training

- Develop and manage associates to ensure high performance team

- Manage up to 4 people

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree

Preferred Qualifications:

- Masters Degree in Finance or Information Systems

- 5 years of experience in Financial Services industry

- 5 years of experience in Business line operations or operations management
