Responsible for Aircraft marketing/technical sales/product support activities and achievement of bookings targets for specific accounts.

Includes technical investigation and specification of customer requirements; development and execution of account/program sales strategy; price and contract negotiation, and hand-over of a clearly defined program to program management for execution.

Develops technical requirement definition; bid analysis of work breakdown structure, support development for design direction and solutions; engineering sequence and schedule planning for OEM and aftermarket programs.

Establishes, implements and maintains administrative and technical procedures to provide responsive post delivery service and support to customers.

Develops and coordinates technical training for product support personnel and/or customers. Provides technical advice to customers, service personnel, sales, marketing, engineering and manufacturing.

Develops and recommends manpower plans, spares, proprietary plans, operation budgets, capital equipment, inventory requirements and the like in order to manage the product support activity in an efficient manner.

Insures that departmental operating costs and profit goals are attained.

Provides for maintenance and reviews service and warranty records to determine product reliability, service costs, spares requirements and the like are met.

Provides for customer service field support through establishment and operation of field service personnel.

Demonstrates knowledge and understanding of technical and engineering issues relating to airplane interiors, and products and is familiar with the requirements relating to approved materials, certification and regulatory procedures of the FAA/EASA.

Participates in formulating and administering company policies and developing long-range goals and reviewing market analyst, volume potential, price schedules and discount rates.    Coordinate liaison between sales and other departments.

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; and a minimum of 15 years directly related experience in commercial aerospace environment.
