Director, Sales Performance & Effectiveness recruitment

Job Description

The sales performance and effectiveness team reports into the Group TB Sales Head and interacts with hundreds of TB Sales people to improve the performance and effectiveness of the global TB sales team. The main focus is to develop and improve the Global Transaction Banking Sales model. This includes a number of different areas:
* TB Sales strategies and themes
* Improving the TB Sales Global Model including processes
* TB Sales Client Coverage Model, definition, procedures and analysis
* Client Planning and Working Capital Analysis
* TB CRM owner, pipeline management, reporting and metrics
* Client financial data analysis and reporting
* Define, measure and monitor sales KPI's, to drive sales performance and effectiveness

Key Roles Responsibilities

This role is a senior resource in the team taken end to end accountability for certain initiatives and provide support and guidance to the junior members of the team.
* To drive the strategy and roadmap for the different sales performance and effectiveness initiatives
* To review, challenge and improve existing and new initiatives
* To improve the global sales model - client engagements, process, enablers and organization
* To design and conduct training to the global TB sales team and act as a subject matter expert
* Engage with business partners (OCC, FM, Finance, GTO, etc) to influence, align and drive initiatives
* To create, produce and run different kind of sales and client analytics

Qualifications Skills

* Strategic, structured and process driven with project management experience
* Sales and Transaction Banking experience
* Very good presentation and writing report skills are essential
* Comfortable with interaction at all levels including senior management
* Comfortable with conducting training and presentations, and a good influencer
* Strong data management skills (Excel, Access, CRM, ...)
* Creative and forward/strategic thinking
* Ability to work towards tight deadlines and at times long working hours
