JOB SUMMARY
A sales promotion executive responsible for the promotion and utilization of the sales strategies, training, selling tools, incentive, policies and operating procedures surrounding the sale of the corporation’s goods or services through the use of the Corporation’s Financial Products. The primary goal of this role is to maximize the revenue and profits of the corporation through the utilization of its Financial Products capabilities and increasing the visibility of its Fine Jewelry and Kiosk brands.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The selected candidate will create a plan of action for reaching the sales goals for the corporation related to merchandise sales on the Corporation’s Private Label Credit, issuing partner’s Bankcards, Layaway, Gift Card, credit insurance, warranty sales, and repair sales. This individual and their team, in conjunction with the VP, Payments VP, Insurance Warranty Solutions as well as the internal and external business partners will then be responsible for the execution and results of the Plan.
This plan of action will encompass Credit Marketing in partnership with the VP, Payments, Corporate Marketing, and the corporation’s credit card issuing partners. The plan will also encompass any recency, frequency, or monetary standalone or coalition loyalty programs the corporation may sponsor or be involved in either through the issuance of points directly or through contractual arrangement with the owner of the loyalty currency.
This plan of action will include Warranty Insurance Product sales in partnership with the VP, Insurance Warranty solutions, Store Operations and other internal stakeholders.
Finally, the plan should include key Field metrics, incentive programs, training / communications and an analysis of competitor Financial Products capabilities and potential competitor responses.
This individual and their team will work closely with Store Operations and Training Development around the creation and maintenance of product training, policy and procedure, incentive programs and results communications, and other activities designed to promote best selling practices around the corporation’s suite of Financial Products (Credit, Layaway, Gift Cards, Warranty Solutions, Insurance Solutions, and Repair Services).
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises the loyalty subject matter experts and marketing professionals for the Financial Products area. Responsible for building organizational capability within the sales promotion / loyalty function, ensuring that top talent is hired, retained and developed.

· Prior experience managing all aspects of marketing campaigns from conceptualization / design through implementation and results tracking is required.
· Understanding of the loyalty space with experience in either private label or bankcard credit loyalty programs, or a stand-alone or coalition loyalty program preferred.
· Must be an extremely self-motivated individual who thrives within a high-pressured, fast-paced, results-driven environment
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred
· 10 years prior Retailing or Sales Experience Required
