They are currently bringing a new offering to the market which is a value adding information source specifically looking at the ever- changing regulatory environment. Their client groups include compliance, audit, legal and risk functions in financial services, law firms, accounting firms, regulators, insurance, energy and other industries undergoing regulatory change. As the governance, risk and compliance market grows rapidly over the next few years, the organization si expected to grow at double digits or more each year over the next 5 years.
This role specifically looks at selling an end to end solution to help it's customers understand and comply with key elements of the Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA). The primary objective is to:
- Drive the FATCA business activity in the Asia Pacific jurisdiction.
- Partner with the existing global sales and account management team to drive awareness, sales motion and revenue.
- Leveraging market research, domain, and solution selling expertise to determine customer needs and create optimal sales strategy

- Maintaining up-to-date understanding of industry regulatory trends and technical developments that affect target markets.
- Establish, collaborate, develop, and maintain industry or other business segment contacts that lead to sales and robust pipelines
- Develop and deliver sales presentations that educate the customer and shorten sales cycle
As such, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate the following:
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skill including the ability to adapt to all of the above as necessary
- Ability and willingness to travel
- Ability to work independently and collectively. Coordinate a remote team, selling with/ through
- Ability to relate and effectively interact with C-level executives of Fortune 500 companies
