Director, Strategic Change (Finance) recruitment
Servicing Stakeholders in India, Singapore and London, you will report to the Regional Head of Strategic Change, based in Singapore. As the Local Head of Strategic Change, you will have responsibility for driving CFO oriented Change initiatives across Financial Control and Product Control. Your ability to lead and grow teams will be critical (+80 PAX by end of 2013)
Please note this is NOT an IT, or Operations based role. And, only Finance candidates with experience in Global Markets will be given consideration.
Suitable candidates will:
Be a qualified Accountant (CA/CPA) with, 15 years+ working experience, comprising:
1.a minimum of 3-5 years experience in (a) Line Product Control role or (b) Financial Control within an investment bank, with a strong appreciation of Accounting standards for derivative financial instruments
Have a minimum
2.10+ years Project Management and/or Consultancy experience within Banking
Ideally have a recognised project management certification (Prince 2 etc)
International experience in a global investment bank
Experienced in managing large teams (20+)
