They are now looking to add senior bench strength to their management team in the Hong Kong Life business to drive the business planning process and take ownership of executing projects to deliver growth.  This role will suit a management consultant who has moved in-house and has lead a major business transformation project within a financial services organisation.

Reporting into the CFO you will use your strong analytical skills and experience in completing blue sky strategic reviews to direct and lead the annual business planning process and to form the business growth program.  This will including partnering with the regional office to oversee research and analysis into market trends and developments and the impact on Hong Kong, review the channel distribution penetration effectiveness and wallet size market share.  You will also manage a project management team to drive operational efficiencies and cost savings as the organisation embarks on a major programme to upgrade the life insurance operations technology.  

To be considered for this critical role you will require:

10 to 15 years experience of driving strategic projects in a financial services organisation;

To be a strategic thinker who can operate independently and drive business agendas through project execution;

An education to degree level and an MBA would be desirable;

To be a proven business leader with excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills;

Spoken Cantonese language skills are preferred.
