Director Structured Finance- ASIA recruitment
This team originates structured finance transactions to clients by cross selling a variety of debt products (mezzanine finance, syndicated corporate loans, project finance as well as structured debt instruments). Fluency in English and Mandarin is essential for this role covering the North Asian and Chinese Markets. These are urgent expansion hires due to the success of the team.
The role:
• Leading team’s origination efforts/client coverage in the North Asian and Chinese markets, focusing on both vanilla and alternative financing solutions for corporate clients and financial institutions.
• Need to be PRC deal origination specialists with a strong track record and solid experience
• You will be arranging debt financing for corporations with unique funding needs, such as financing of a non-recourse nature, use of multiple currencies, cross-border transactions or mezzanine finance
• Will be required to prepare marketing materials/ put together pitch books, complete all legal documentation, follow the bank’s internal procedures to ensure all transactions are compliant with set regulations, giving clients and the team regular market updates.
• Tailoring of products to suit clients’ operating needs, risk appetite and expectations of currency/interest rate movements.
• Must have a familiarity with the North Asian/China market and will need to have front office experience, especially in a debt origination capacity.
