Leads a technical team of associate and offshore resources implementing and integrating Capital Markets application systems. Provides functional, technical and process leadership. Drives tactical delivery for multiple teams. Leads project level architecture and ensures that the design and development team remain compliant with enterprise standards. Partners with internal solutions delivery support teams and the business to resolve complex issues.

Responsibilities:

- Provide technical guidance to application development teams
- Consult on integration and conversion activities
- Recommend redesign or redevelopment
- Select technologies to provide long-term compatibility and flexibility.
- Develop the applications architecture and blueprints which reflect business logic of the enterprise
- Participate in mapping the applications architecture to the chosen technology platform
- Define application components, platforms, interfaces, and development tools.
- Conduct reviews and analysis of organizational needs and goals for the development and implementation of applications
- Contribute to efforts to enhance the look and usability of the organization's online offerings
- Manage up to 7 people

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5 years experience in communicating and influencing
- 5 years experience in Information Technology
- 5 years experience in people management
- 5 years of experience in leading a technology organization in software development life cycle

Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Information Systems
- Architect Certification
- 10 Years of experience in Application Design and Development
- 5 years of experience in Data Integration Design and Development
