Director, Telemarketing Operations / NHQ19101
Position Description: The Director, Telemarketing Operations will direct Preparedness and Health and Safety Services telemarketing plans and ensure vendor operations for inbound and outbound call centers meet organizational expectations. Assumes overall responsibility for monitoring vendor operations including call routing management, offer implementation, quality control, new systems integrations, sales development, and customer satisfaction and leads closure. Tasks Activities - Document business requirements, project planning, and organizing and approve the allocation of resources for all telemarketing operational activities. - Work with management to formulate and deploy long-term strategic plans for efficient and performance driven solutions for outsourced call centers. - Define a vision and standards for quality control and drive that vision across the centers and field staff. - Review performance of existing processes, procedures, and systems to determine operating efficiency and productivity levels. . - Equally utilize management skills and technical skills. - Promote department culture of efficiency and rigor while upholding the mission of helping people achieve their goals to lead healthy fulfilling lives. - Write and conduct performance evaluations, makes employment decisions, define performance goals and targets for team.
