Director- Test Automation Architect- Global Bank- London- £85-110K++ recruitment
My client, a Tier 1 Bank based in Canary Wharf is looking to recruit a Test Automation Architect operating at Director level within their Global Payments business. The position will be accountable for maintaining the Global Payments Automation Strategy, defining the Automation framework as well as building a test Automation function capable of supporting the bank’s Global Payments Portfolio.
This is a pivotal position within the business; as such the Test Automation Architect should possess the following:
- Expert in test automation tools (QTP, Greenhat)
- Expert in automation processes and techniques
- Proven experience of defining and implementing automation strategies
- Experience within the Financial Services, specifically Payments
- Extensive experience of testing large scale, complex integration programmes
- Certification: ISEB/ISTQB/Prince2/ ITIL advantageous
This is an exceptional opportunity for a career- motivated Test Automation Architect to join on of the world’s largest and successful banks. The Test Automation Architect will define the Automation framework, and be responsible for retaining accountability by ensuring all Test Managers and Analysts adhere to the roadmap. The position will also manage licence agreements with Tool vendors, ensuring they are aligned with the bank’s processes.
It must be stressed that only applicants holding excellent knowledge in automation tools, processes and techniques, as well as experience within Payments will be considered for the role. This is a permanent position based in Canary Wharf.
