A senior and newly created remit within this successful group, the position of Director, Transactions Advisory will enjoy a wide line of sight across multiple channels while interfacing with all disciplines within the firm. Offering excellent remuneration and a forum in which to demonstrate your significant investment banking background, the role offers a welcome change from the larger and more structured investment houses.
Coming with 10 or more years in technical accounting across financial services, you will be responsible for working across business lines to deliver accurate, detailed and commercially supportive information on large and complex deals. Taxation, wider compliance and portfolio expansion will also fall as part of the remit.
