ATSC is seeking a Director with Business Development, Agile and Rational Tools Experience. This role will focus heavily on winning new Commercial IT and Health IT business. Selling ATSC’s expertise in Agile, SCRUM and Rational tools.
Responsibilities:
- Commercial Sales
- Business Development
- PL Management
- Project Oversight (Managing Project Managers)
- Financial Reporting
- Account Management
- Recruiting
Required Experience:
- Demonstrated experience in Business Development and Account Management growing Commercial Accounts
- Demonstrated experience with running large programs operating in change mode (organizational change, process change, tool change, etc.)
- Demonstrated experience interfacing with C level executives as well as mid and line managers
- Demonstrated experience in both pre and post sales support
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle processes (SDLC) including both waterfall and iterative techniques
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, primary SCRUM but also XP practices and related techniques
- Knowledge of application lifecycle management (ALM) tools with emphasis on IBM Rational but other similar tools as well
- Certified Scrum Master preferred
