Summary:
Responsible for the tracking and completion of HEDIS/QARR reporting. Responsible party for completion and in-depth analysis of ad-hoc and regular Quality Management reports.

We are looking for a dynamic leader-expert to be part of a best of breed team developing, deploying and analyzing predictive modeling products, spanning everything from providing statistical expertise for the design, execution, and analysis of medical management programs to linear and logistic regression to network and premium optimization to utilization forecasting. Conducts, consults and trains team members on tools and methodologies of clinical and medical economics analytics. Evaluates innovative ways of analyzing data to provide real-time and predictive information that drives evidence-based action across the enterprise.

Responsibilities:
Liaison between report requestors, business owners, and programmers assigned to complete request.

Responsible for ensuring accuracy, quality and interpretation of information, including documentation standards are adhered to.

Produces, analyzes, and maintains reports used to measure and monitor quality management, utilization management, clinical outcomes, and HEDIS reporting.

Responsible for maintaining a complete listing and samples of available reports for user needs.

Responsible for coordinating report/project priorities.

Monitor the report progress and provide status for user and management information.

Primary individual for attempting the completion and analysis of ad-hoc and standard reports.

Effectively communicates information to superiors, team members, and other appropriate staff in a timely, accurate and courteous manner.

Other duties as requested or assigned.

Qualifications:

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Biostatistics, Epidemiology, or Public Health, plus 2 years experience in Quality Management related to HEDIS reporting as well as working on computer systems as the primary job function with demonstrated Microsoft Access and/or SQL/SAS proficiency.
- Must have worked with a variety of PC-based packages such as Microsoft Office, desktop querying tools, or report writer packages.
- Minimum understanding of SQL language, must be SAS-proficient.
- Strong written and oral communication skills required.
- Must have experience with a range of personnel levels for project completion.
- Experience in a customer service environment.
- Prior healthcare experience preferred.
- Understanding of medical finance reporting preferred.
