The role is central to the development of this bank into the future as they plan on expanding their presence in SEMA as well as CIS, therefore emerging markets experience is essential. The ideal candidate will not only be very experienced in credit analysis and risk but they must also be a dynamic thinker in order to structure the new business of the bank. The product range is vast however they want someone tobe able to add value and expertise in the areas of strutured lending, equities as well as dealing with SME's and corporates.
Therefore the ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- 10+ years experience in the field as a credit officer/risk manager/ transaction approver or a similar role.
- Expertise in lending to emerging markets.
- Extensive knowledge in risk pricing.
- Excellent knowledge of sub-investment grade transactions.
- The ability to constantly assess and improve the methodology behind the banks techniques and current practices.
