Director/MD – Natural Resources Fund recruitment
Our client is in the process of establishing a resources investment fund, and is looking to develop two deal teams with the responsibility for negotiating, structuring and executing deals. They will also be responsibility for on-going monitoring of the investments and managing the investment exits.
Each deal team will consist of an Investment Director, VP and Associate although it is possible that one Managing Director could oversee the two teams rather than having two Investment Directors.
Suitable candidates for these positions will require a strong track record of executing equity and equity linked transactions within the commodities market from either an advisory or principal perspective. You will also have a top class academic background and a relevant network within both the metals and mining and finance industries.
