Part-Time Director’s PA for Chelsea Property Company
Chelsea-based property purchase, renovation and management company seeks a ‘classically trained’ PA to assist the director. Hours 9:00 - 1:30, Monday-Friday
Skills required include:
· Extensive experience in PA and Senior Secretarial roles
· Intelligence and a real ability to organise and innovate
· Ability to communicate effectively and with confidence at any level
· High degree of computer literacy (Ms. Office and much more)
· Excellent and provable underlying secretarial skills
· The ability, initiative and persuasiveness to get things done
· Consummate telephone handling ability
· Fluent written and spoken English, plus numeracy a prerequisite
· Good knowledge of Central South West London
· Clean driving licence (useful but perhaps not essential)
· Ability to handle people effectively and assertively with discretion
· Common sense and ‘street wisdom’ more important than a degree!
Duties will include:
· Assisting the director with property purchase and renovation projects
· Management of clients’ property portfolios
· Organising and monitoring property repairs and contractors
· Dealing directly with clients, tenants and contractors
· Data management and ‘back-office’ organisation, including basic accounts
· Handling statutory and compliance requirements for a small company
· The director’s personal organisation, including travel arrangements etc.
Salary to £30k p.a. pro rata equivalent (i.e. to £15k p.a. for half-time work).
