Job Description:
As product manager, you will be responsible for:
- End-to end responsibility for the product management offerings
- Product offering and strategy for the country/region
- Define, develop and launch of products offerings
- Management of product life-cycle
- Work closely with legal, compliance, coverage heads, client delivery, credit, IT ops and tech teams
- Business case development
- Business requirement definition
- Risk assessment and mitigation
- Product collateral
- Legal documentation
- Work collaboratively with other functional departments of the bank to ensure smooth introduction of new and altered products
- Review and make recommendations regarding customized solutions
- Monitor trade product PL
- Responsible for getting funding and setting financial targets for product range
- Achieve and exceed financial targets
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Improve levels of customer transactions
- Monitor, review and make recommendations to help improve business performance via the production and analysis of qualitative information.
- Responsible for the expenses of products and maintaining good controls for the business
