Our client, a top tier investment bank, is looking to expand their MA execution team with a Director or VP level hire.
Job Description
- Lead deal teams in the execution of MA mandates
- Act as the senior liaison for clients during transaction execution phase
- Oversee and guide junior bankers in the financial modeling of transactions and companies
The Successful Applicant
- At least 6 years of MA execution experience with a top tier investment bank
- A good understanding of the Asian MA market is required
