About the Job
Disability Support Workers - Wynnum Centacare Disability Services (CDS) has a number of Disability Support Worker positions available now in the Wynnum / Manly area to support a young man with tasks such as meal preparation, personal care, washing and a variety of household tasks including cleaning. These positions would suit professional applicants who reside in Wynnum or surrounding suburbs, are non- smokers and are prepared to work a variety of shifts. Suitable applicants will also be innovative and committed, have experience supporting people within the family home and need to be reasonably fit to complete manual handling tasks associated with the position. Available shifts include 6.30-9am Tues, Thurs and Fri, 7-9.30am Mon and Wed and 3.30-5.30pm Mon to Fri. Applicants will be paid in accordance with the Centacare Community and Disability Services Union Collective Agreement.
