DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST
You will be responsible for the ongoing review and development of APAC procedures manual for shareholding disclosure and providing related training to compliance team. You will research and analyze regulatory, legal and corporate compliance reporting requirements in various jurisdictions. In addition, you will liaise with, provide guidance to and actively provide support in matters related to shareholding regulatory requirements. To qualify for the position, you should be a University graduate with a minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant areas. Excellent writing skills together with effective presentation and communication skills, problem solving ability and attention to detail would be an asset.
