Discrete Element Methods Developer

In this role you will identify suitable DEM sub-models and algorithms for implementation into CFD code. This work will include implementing and maintaining these code features and enhancing them per customer requests.
Qualified individuals will have experience at the MS or PhD level with discrete element methods with a focus on particle-in-cell or spot models. Individuals with numerical software development in a professional or academic environment are encouraged to apply. Requirements:
· MS or PhD degree
· Object oriented software development experience
· Knowledge of fluid-particle coupling in a DEM large particle context
