Discretionary Oil, Natural Gas, LNG Trader
JOB DESCRIPTION
A leading commodities house is looking to appoint a new discretionary Oil Trader to their New York office. Ideally, candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of direct commodities experience with a broad spectrum of experience across power, energy agricultural markets, both physical cash. This is an immediate hire and relevant experience is mandatory.
Location: Chicago, IL
The role:
- Discretionary crude oil trading, LNG trading and Natural Gas trading
- Trading raw materials using a fundamental approach
- Knowledge of crude oil, petroleum product and raw materials
- Chance to work in an incentive based environment
- Working entirely in their Front Office alongside quant’s trade specialists
Requirements:
- 3-7 years experience trading crude oil
- Expert communication skills.
- Must have a strong record of P/L and trading experience
- Bachelor’s degree or higher degree required.
