Industrial Disease (Noise Induced Hearing Loss/Industrial Deafness) NIHL Pre Proceedings Paralegal: This foremost UK insurance litigation firm is looking for an Industrial Disease (NIHL) Industrial Deafness Paralegal to join its Disease Team to handle a volume caseload of Noise Induced Hearing Loss/Industrial Deafness (NIHL) cases.
The dedicated Disease team handles a number of industrial and occupational disease claims, often involving multiple defendants and insurers including asbestos, hand arm vibration, noise induced hearing loss/industrial deafness, stress related illnesses, repetitive strain injuries, dermatitis and occupational asthma.
Disease Paralegal (Noise Induced Hearing Loss/Industrial Deafness) – Key responsibilities:
- Working with Fee Earners on a large Noise Induced Hearing Loss/Industrial Deafness caseload to the pre proceedings stage
- Function as part of a dedicated team to achieve positive results
Industrial Disease – Qualifications, experience, requirements:
-Experience of handling a caseload of files to pre proceedings stage (NIHL not essential) candidates will have gained experience of working in a Personal Injury environment and my client are happy to accept CVs from RTA, EL/PL/OL candidates who have an interest in Noise Induced Hearing Loss/NIHL/Industrial Deafness work.
