The dedicated Disease team handles a number of industrial and occupational disease claims, often involving multiple defendants and insurers including asbestos, hand arm vibration, noise induced hearing loss, stress related illnesses, repetitive strain injuries, dermatitis and occupational asthma.
Industrial Disease Team Leader – Key responsibilities:
-Working with Fee Earners on a wide variety of Industrial disease cases
-Function as part of a dedicated team to achieve positive results
Industrial Disease Team Leader – Qualifications, experience, requirements
-Industrial Disease or Employers Liability experience required
-Outstanding attention to detail
-Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
