Responsibilities
• Operate dishwasher in an efficient and effective manner.
• Wash, rinse and sanitize dishes, glass wear, pans, and utensils.
• Responsible for restocking and cleaning kitchen area, including grill hoods and floors.
• Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must be able to lift 50 to 100 pounds on a regular basis.
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must have the ability to work in an environment with high temperatures.
• Must be hardworking, honest, and reliable.
