Dispatcher Job in New York City 10010, New York US

 

Job Purpose:

 

Serves customers by dispatching HVAC technicians; maintaining associated records.

 

Duties:

 

* Maintains communication with technicians and customers; scheduling emergency service and preventive maintenance; maintaining payroll records.

 

* Receiving and recording service requests; identifying appropriate technician; monitoring service progress; redirects technicians for additional support if necessary; notifying supervisor of extraordinary problems.

 

* Documents actions by completing electronic forms, reports, logs, and records.

 

* Keeps information accessible by scanning and electronically filing documents.

 

* Updates service database by verifying and entering data.

 

* Accomplishes customer service and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

 

* Willing to work from 7:30AM-5:30PM (or when the required work for the day si completed).

 

Qualifications:

 

* Must have HVAC dispatch experience

 

* Knowledge of SAMPRO Data Basics is a plus
