This Dispatcher position features: An excellent work environment Great benefits package upon permanent hire In this role you will be required to take all necessary steps to track work orders from the field utilizing a in-house database in order to meet company and client goals. Post call responsibilities/follow up. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Input and maintain an accurate data entry, customer and work order database; close out 100% of work orders daily. Answer phones and two-way radio promptly and professionally; general office duties. Will also be required to work 5-5. Education and Requirements: High school graduate; 2+ years general office experience required; 2+ years customer service experience required. Ability to communicate effectively with a non-confrontational, courteous and professional manner. Must be able to multi-task and work under deadlines.
