Participates in Hearing Aid Dispenser duties. Performs complete hearing tests, selects appropriate amplification, orders product, programs and fits premium digital hearing aids. Performs outcome measures for fitting verification. Maintains customer computer files. Provides a high level of member service. This is a full-time position: 40 hrs per week. Daily Tasks and Responsibilities: Schedules, develops, counsels, and directs department personnel. Observes employee performance to ensure proper department procedures and standards are followed. Provides training and/or instruction as needed. Provides and ensures prompt and courteous member service. Reviews department sales, budget, and productivity figures. Develops and implements sales plan. Performs off-site marketing to increase sales. Qualifications: Education/Training: High School Diploma, training or degree as required by state law. Licenses/Certifications: Driver's License required. Certification as required by state law. Must hold Hearing Aid Dealer license. Experience: Minimum 3 years dispensing experience preferred.
