Disputes Resolution Manager, Compliance
About the Role:
- Providing general advice on a variety of disputes and complaints
- Preparation of documents and responses to complaints
- Explaining and negotiating remediation with affected clients
- Managing responses to various regulatory bodies
- Interpreting policy wordings as required
About You:
- Well developed problem solving and decision making skills
- Strong understanding of internal and external dispute process within Financial Services
- Solid knowledge of derivatives (preferably ADA accredited)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to deal with a variety of internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong Investigation and decision making skills
- Excellent Presentation Skills
- A strong background in Financial Advice and Planning
- Outstanding communication skills with excellent interpersonal and conflict resolution skills, strong strategic financial planning advice knowledge, you will be a vital part of the business to ensure the timely, effective and professional resolution of advice related complaints.
About US:
The Risk Management Group (RMG) is an independent, centralised unit responsible for assessing and monitoring risks across Macquarie. This includes market and liquidity risk, credit risk, compliance risk and operational risk. RMG personnel liaise closely with all operating areas to ensure risks are understood and properly managed.
