Distressed Debt Analyst
Our client is a large US credit fund with an excellent track record, which invests in debt related securities
Working as part of a global team of credit analysts, you will be responsible for covering European distressed, with some responsibility for having input on a global basis. The firm's structure gives analysts a high level of exposure and a broad remit, therefore the right candidate will have the ability to be involved in portfolio management responsibilities alongside the other senior analysts.
Candidates should have prior experience in European distressed debt as a senior analyst, either from a buy side or sell side environment. The ideal candidate will have the necessary relationships to operate effectively as the lead distressed analyst within a fund of this size,
Key requirements for this position:
* Strong academic background
* Excellent numerical ability
* Ability to think laterally and consider problems from a number of angles
* Strong communication skills
