PBMS is currently seeking Part Time Customer Service Associate - Distribution/Delivery who is customer service oriented and safety-minded. Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 3:30pm, 1-hour lunch (27.5 hours/week) Key responsibilities include: Maintain the highest levels of customer care while demonstrating a friendly and cooperative attitude Understand and follow required procedures for incoming and outgoing mail and packages Handle time-sensitive material like confidential, urgent packages Use company van to pick-up and deliver packages and other items to customers on campus within established timeframes and service standards Lift large bundles of overnight packages and shipments Take direction from supervisor or site manager Participate in cross-training and perform other duties as assigned Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail Adhere to all applicable Federal, State and Company policies and safety regulations Demonstrate flexibility in satisfying customer demands in a high volume, production environment This is a short-term position with Pitney Bowes, for a maximum of two years. Qualification Minimum of 1 year customer service related experience Experience in Distribution, Delivery, Shipping/Receiving or Mail services preferred A valid driver's license with a good driving record are required Excellent communication skills both verbal and written Lifting up to 40 pounds with or without accommodation Standing for long periods of time and significant walking, with or without accommodation Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment Competency in performing multiple functional tasks Ability to meet employer's attendance policy Keyboarding and windows environment PC skills Availability to work scheduled part time hours (9am-3:30pm, M-F) Willingness to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check Additional Info Minimum Age 18+ years old Job Industries Customer Service
