Responsibities:

Typically handles more critical accounts or larger territories. Primary responsibility is to sell the company�s products or services in the field. Calls on prospective customers, provides technical and administrative product information and/or demonstrations, and quotes appropriate customer prices. May provide technical guidance to other levels of Sales Account Managers. Represents the company to the customer and the customer to the company in sales-related matters; understanding of customer�s business and product requirements is necessary. Fully knowledgeable about company products. Responsible for meeting assigned sales quota. Responsible for selling the company�s products by managing the distribution channel of customers. Responsible for new account development and/or expanding existing accounts within the distribution channel. Creates awareness and demand for company products. Customers may be geographic or named accounts. Requires a Bachelor�s degree in Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or appropriate field and typically at least seven years of progressive sales experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Drive channel sales at a branch level to ensure territory sales plans are achieved
2. In conjunction with the RCSM, develop branch level sales plan
3. Implement the channel sales priorities set down by the RCSM.
4. Ensure success in key CIS foundation accounts (Direct or Indirect).
5. Ensure maximum retention and expansion of business transferred into the channel.
6. Review NDR/CCR at the branch level
7. Drive demand creation-design in activity to the branch level and end customers
8. Expand customer account creation within the branch network

9.Regional execution of distributor corporate plans.
10.Align priorities with distributor regional directors managers.
11Participate in weekly branch level meetings
12Ensure the distributor branches are properly trained and supported.
13Engage with distributor branch personnel to build TE mindshare and product knowledge.

Qualifications:

1.Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills in English
2. 10+ years Sales Management experience preferably in the electronic component industry
3. Minimum Bachelor Degree in an Electronic/Electrical discipline
4. Demonstrable exceptional sales growth experience preferably in a Channel sales environment
5. Demonstrable people management skills

6. Leadership, able to drive for results; Team work; Ability to influence others, Good Interpersonal Skills
