The manager is responsible for safety, financial performance, and customer service, all while creating and maintaining a positive culture. The manager is also a member of the corporate leadership team, assuring implementation of strategic goals and objectives and consistency between divisions. The ideal candidate should be an energetic individual with excellent analytical and decision-making skills, who has demonstrated a depth and breadth of knowledge and experience in the management field. A qualified candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in the management and preferably in a distribution/transportation setting, and possess at least a bachelor's degree.
