Jack’s Pets is seeking a Distribution Center Manager in Beavercreek, OH.
Primary Responsibilities:
· Supervise the daily operations, including inventory control, personnel, inbound/outbound deliveries,
· Manages labor resources, training and scheduling
· Coordinate inventory receiving, picking and shipping.
· Develop and maintain a system of controls to ensure inventory and delivery accuracy.
· Manage pick/pack for retail store deliveries and e-commerce direct to consumer
· Develop and execute plans to complete daily workload
· Build and maintain a positive work environment
· Monitor and improve staff performance
· Continuous Improvement in all areas
· Create and implement procedures to increase productivity
Requirements include management experience in a distribution operation. Candidates must be self motivated, high energy, a team player with the drive to lead and motivate a workforce.
Candidate must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and WMS.
