Distribution Compliance – Insurance recruitment

This is an important role with one of the world's most successful Insurance conglomerates

 Key accountabilities:

•        Provide advice and support on new business initiatives and projects for the distribution channles

 •        Provide sound and practical advice to the business units in business practices related to the distribution channel 

•        Communicate / train staff members and distributors on the regulatory and ethical standards on market conduct

 •        Investigate complaints related to market conduct and recommend appropriate disciplinary action

 •        Proactively conduct quality assurance review of field sales practices to identify compliance risks and recommend timely risk-mitigating actions.

Distribution Channels include  Intermediaries Sales "Broker", Bancassurance, International Broker, Swiss Privilege, Integrity  

Requirement: 

 •        University degree in legal, audit and/or business related subjects

 •        At least 8-10 years experience in distribution compliance related to communications, training, investigation and dealings with regulators

 •        Good knowledge in life insurance and investment products, compliance processes and regulatory requirements 

•        Strong analytical and problem solving skills

•        Excellent communication, presentation and training skills

 •        Good leadership skill, self-starter, highly motivated and eager to lear

 •        Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese

 •        Proficient in PC, i.e. MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
