Responsibilities of the Distribution Warehouse Supervisor include, but are not limited to:
- Supervise service team leads and all pick and pack team members
- Work in all areas of the warehouse and perform tasks where assigned
- Responsible for inventory, equipment, and other critical items in the facility
- Assist management with work solutions and employee issues as needed
- Training, hiring, interviewing, and writing employee reviews
Qualifications of the Distribution Warehouse Supervisor include, but are not limited to:
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse distribution environment
- College degree, military training or equivalent experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for an extended period of time
- Ability to multi task
- Excellent personnel skills
