Distributions Manager
Markets and International Banking is the investment banking arm of the Group, offering a broad range of services enabling major corporations and institutions to achieve their global financing, transaction services and risk management objectives. This role sits within our Funds Services Business and provides independent trustee and depositary services to the UK collective investment scheme industry.
As a Distributions Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the distributions team. The team are accountable for the accurate completion of OEIC and unit trust distribution reconciliations, where the RBS fund services is appointed as trustee / depositary.
All work is required to be completed in accordance with market and regulatory requirements within relevant timescales therefore it’s important you’ve previous experience working with / for a transfer agent or within the collective investment scheme environment. Additionally, you’ll be required to lead on or contribute to distribution related projects and previous project management experience would be highly advantageous.
The role of Distributions Manager exists within a team environment and a key component is managing and developing staff, therefore you’ll need the ability to manage and prioritise workloads. We’re looking for you to have enthusiasm and strong relationship building skills to enable you to communicate with our suppliers and provide a high level of customer service. And you’ll be ready to hit the ground running, working closely with the job share partner to add real value to the team.
