DISTRIBUTIONS OFFICER recruitment
The role is for a Distributions Office and the role holder would be responsible for processing new issues, distributions and complex corporate actions.
The successful candidate must have minimum 1 year experience from distributions or corporate actions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Process distributions in a timely manner.
- To manage new share issues, fund conversions.
- Collate pre-advice information and information.
- Liaison with fund managers for relevant distribution information.
- Contacting for details of outstanding cash from fund managers.
- Maintain diary on daily basis.
- Ensure that all breaks are resolved and cleared within a given timeframe.
- Liaise with other departments in order to complete tasks and resolve any issues.
- Assist other team members with issues as and when required.
- Monitor client reports such as the HMRC PEP/ISA reports.
- Audit of daily postings for data integrity.
- Answer any ongoing or daily queries from clients.
- To update procedures in accordance with any changes to the process.

Core Requirements:
- Degree qualified.
- Minimum 1 year experience from corporate actions or distributions.
