An exciting job opportunity has arisen for a transfer agency analyst to join this market leading Global business based in London. This is a great job opportunity for a candidate who is looking to gain broader experience and high level of exposure, and within a close knit and sociable team within the Transfer agency analyst department.
You will be a main stakeholder as a transfer analyst in this job and will liaise with other major stakeholders internationally, which means you will be expected to comply with the regulatory regime and expected to exercise due care and diligence. You will be required to observe proper standards of market, business and personal conduct, demonstrating integrity in the execution of duties. The successful candidate will prepare the regular commission/ distributions runs in line with client SLA and will provide assistance and guidance on the processing quality and timeliness.
The ideal candidate for the transfer agency analyst job opportunity will have IAQ Merit award or working towards this qualification. An ability to review and resolve complex issues working under pressure and meeting challenging deadlines are crucial skills to hold for this role. Previous customer service experience as well as experience working with multi-currency companies and knowledge understanding of FSA / HMRC regulatory Environment and of collective investment scheme administration and regulatory environment is highly desirable.
