DISTRIBUTOR HELP ROLE

Our client, a Global IT organisation focussed on providing innovative Business Consulting Services and customer focussed IT solutions to key clients worldwide has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Distributor Help Administration Assistant to join their Software Group Distributor Sales team onsite at St. Leonard's.
The role requires at least two years previous experience working in a large Corporate Distributor Help position being responsible for supporting clients IT Distributor partners in all aspects of the business. This includes rapid handling of orders on hold; continual education of the processing teams, improvement of the order process; assist with preparation and delivery of forecasting; gathering and preparation of Quarterly Business reviews; channel renewal quotes; request and manage exemption approvals from management.
Requirements of the role in assisting the Channels Team:
- Tier One Contract refreshes
- Liaison between Distributors and client
- Managing integration and communication between brand/renewal reps and customer fulfillment teams
- Assisting with claims and prompt repayment
- Prepare customer claim documentation for audit
- Liaise with Business Controls for new process approvals
- Assisting Deal hub team in approval for special bids
- Own and manage the approval requests for orders
Key competencies:
- Learn and maintain in depth knowledge of products and services
- Maintain and understand sales processes, techniques and tools
- intermediate MS Office skills
- Lotus notes; tools and processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
- Developed ability to collaborate and network with other groups and functions to reach business objectives in support of customer requirements
