Cementing Services During the well life, the Pressure Pumping Services Set for Life service ensures zonal isolation of the critical producing zones while protecting precious groundwater. After cementing, you can count on superior well integrity, which is critical for asset and environmental protection. ROLE SYNOPSIS Under limited supervision, assists Operations Managers in day-to-day office management tasks, allowing the District Managers to spend more time in the field and less time on paperwork. This position will be key to ensuring that processes and policies are being adhered to and financial/purchasing transactions are occurring timely. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES Overseeing district accounts payable Overseeing district invoicing Cost Management and Approvals Overseeing district inventory processes and help resolve inventory issues. Help improve inventory issues/control, achieve better cost control and payment to vendors and streamline invoicing process. Assisting with SAP issues DSO (days sales outstanding) process improvement Handles special projects as assigned BASIC QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates/Bachelors in Accounting or 5 years of low-level financial experience SAP experience would be a huge plus. Intermediate to advanced proficiency in the use of MS Word, Excel, Outlook required SAP is preferred Understanding of how SAP works (AP, Inventory and Invoicing).
