About The Position

Brighton has a terrific opportunity for a highly visible District Manager overseeing 10 of our Florida stores including some of the top volume locations in the company.  Our Home Office is located in Los Angeles California, and in this key leadership role there is a strong relationship with the owner Jerry Kohl himself, and many key partners of the business.

Our District Managers are both visionary and inspirational leaders, they believe that success is defined not by their individual achievements, but by the success of those they lead. They have an entrepreneurial spirit and are excited with the possibility of building a community, communicating our culture and values, coaching and educating their people, creating and mentoring a fantastic team…..simply, they are motivated with the incredible responsibility of building the best specialty retail stores.
