We are hiring a: District Manager
Position: To direct the activities of vision centers within a specified territory.
Responsibilities:
- To manager operational responsibilities for a designated group of stores.
- To recruit, interview and hire qualified associates for designated stores.
- To motivate store management personnel and ensure they receive training.
- To travel to stores 80% of the month.
Essential Functions:
- To travel 80% of the month.
- Advanced skills in management, supervising, leadership, communications, interviewing, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Ability to analyze the factors and components of PL statements and knowledge of how to influence those factors to improve profit margins within his/her total area of responsibility.
- Ability to recruit, hire and train qualified management associates.
- Ability to oversee and ensure all operational functions are managed accordingly.
Other Duties and Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance to all store and corporate policies and procedures.
